Web Hosting Terms of service:  By hosting with us your agree to our terms of service below.

Our policy regarding your web site design.  You are the boss!  We can help you accomplish just about anything with your website just ask! We agree to be helpful, courteous, and timely in our design and customer service.   Our student designers work hard to show off their individual design skills and they also are working hard at customer service and taking care of a customer properly.  You should get excellent service with Headwebmaster.com If you are not satisfied for any reason we can gladly assign another designer to the case or have one of our many in house professionals handle it for you. Making you happy and your website wonderful is our goal as well as yours.

Spam advertising of your account or spam sending from your account is not allowed under our terms of services agreement.  You may use bulk mailing features only for your customer base / newsletter.  We do not allow unsolicited email.

We will allow any kind of website to host with us as long as it cannot be described as  Illegal, or a Copyright infringement.  Movies and Music are fine so long as you are the owner of that property.  File sharing sites and Torrent sites are forbidden under our terms of service because they are illegal in the USA. Online gambling, Pornography, Hate or racial websites are all forbidden.

A Free Domain name is included with all new hosting accounts. This domain name is placed in your name and in your own domain name account. You are its true owner. (free domains are limited to .com .net .us .biz and .org) other extensions cost up to 15.00 more.  International domains welcome. 

Telephone and email support is provided for all hosting members. 

There is no contract with your hosting plan. You may cancel at any time. We do not issue refunds on web hosting after hosting services, domain name registration and web site design construction has begun.  During our free web design program we only have you cover the bare expenses of bringing your website online. Once the site is online we cannot recover that expense.  There are no price increases ever.  You can stay as long as you wish. No contracts

We work hard to make your hosting experience the best it can be. There are no extra ( surprise ) charges or fees.

We will not surprise our clients each month by charging on a per gig basis as others do. 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who violates our terms of service.
